When and where do you deliver?

We deliver every Friday within the Greater Montreal area using a refrigerated vehicle. Orders must be placed by Thursday 5:00 p.m. EST. Delivery is $10 flat fee with a $50 minimum.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes! Tue–Fri, 12–4 p.m. Select “Lasalle pickup” at checkout and email us your preferred date/time with your order number.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

You can modify or cancel before the delivery date by emailing us with your order number.

Can I return products or get a refund?

No, all products are perishable. If there’s an issue, contact us within 5 days of delivery.

What personal information do you collect?

We collect info you provide (name, address, email, order details, account info) and info from third parties like payment processors, Shopify, and website tracking (cookies).
